A very unique place full of nature, green and peace, close enough from Bogotá to have a Sunday trip with friends and family, it costs 4500COP per person, the parking is at no cost, it is very important you wear suitable shoes as for the terrain is very muddy and steep, but the panorama is very rewarding, near the entrance you will find restrooms and restaurants with a variety of dishes common to the town.

2 different options: 1- Drive from Bogotá(1hr and 20 min) Check out the lake and have lunch in La Vega.( Many more options than at the lake) 2- For enthusiast bikers and hikers, ride your bike from La Vega to the lake. (1.2 hour climb) then hike your way up to the peak of the mountain next to the lake (40 min climb).

This little paradise has a perfect view, where you can enjoy about a good see, and also a perfect food in the restaurant. There is parking but the access to the park is walking. It's absolutely recommend use sunscreen, and repellent for mosquitoes. Also has a campaign zone.

A beautiful lake surrounded by beautiful, green countryside. You can feed the fish and there are a lot of them. There are hiking trails around the lake which we enjoyed. The hike in to the lake from the parking lot was a little over 5 minutes.

Nice place to relax, entrance fees: 3,500 pesos. Plenty of fish of various species and sizes. There's pathway to walk to the top and enjoy the lagoon's view
