This listing is a duplicate of another one, which has more bad reviews (for a reason). We had 2 items go missing and a third was just hanging out there when we returned to enquire about our missing things. The ladies there were not helpful, insisting is not possible they mixed things up. Other reviews stated getting random things back btw, so they definitely mix things up. If she had just looked through some of the other bags to make sure, it would have made a big difference. Also, they were more expensive than Beer Laundry for a bag over 5kg. So disappointing. Lost an icebreaker t-shirt and some Craghopper hiking pants. If you find them, ping me on Instagram, Twitter, or my obvious email.
This place lost several of our items, and there were several random items in our laundry as well. They found one item and claimed it was still drying (which they neglected to mention when we picked it up) and insisted that we were mistaken and refused to check any other laundry for our missing items. I strongly urge you not to go here, and if you must then make a list of your items and don't leave the store without checking in front of them. Given the service when we dealt with them I doubt they will even care or compensate you for the items anyway.
