Good for Colombian food but service is terrible. The waitress will ignore you or just stand around chatting with each other. You have to try hard to get them to do anything.

Increadibly good service, there was a line outside and it started raining so a waitress showed up with warm agua panela. Portions are huge, I ate half of what I had ordered so take that under consideration. Great quality food!

I was really impressed with the price, quality and service at this restaurant. I was treated so kind as soon as I walked in. I read some of the other reviews about service and the extra service charge but I didn’t experience anything negative? Everything was very positive and my servers were all excellent. I ordered the following: 1 fresh mango juice - excellent 1 costillas which comes with 1/2 avocado, rice and a mini arepa - very very fall of the bone tender - perfect 1 side of chorizo - good/solid 1 soup - free! That corn on the stick was really yummy! Total cost 36,800 (11) including tax and service tip! I included the receipt and my food, so everyone can see what I got and what I paid. I would definitely return. This place was packed on a Monday for lunch! Many office workers nearby were eating here, so I’m sure this is highly recommended by the locals but I think everybody usually gets the bandeja paisa which is why I chose something different because there’s enough reviews and pictures of that specialty here but to me, the true test of a really good restaurant isn’t the 1 or 2 specialties your great at but the 8th and 9th items you got on the menu. How good are those? Well I can tell you the costillas that I got was delicious!

We were looking for our first Colombian breakfast and found this one was a 13 min walk from our Airbnb. A small but cozy restaurant. Tatiana was very nice and helpful despite my limited Spanish vocabulary. El mulero for me and el calentao for my husband. Delicious and very filling! We would definitely return if we visit Chapinero in the future. Recommend it to anyone
