Loved the stay here. So many birds and beautiful tropical forest. Multicolored tanager said hello to me every morning at the window. Bird feeders, hummingbird feeders, woodpecker feeders

This place is awesome if you are into nature, birds, or you're just looking for a place to relax. Only 45 min from Cali, you can find a bunch of bird species, right in the backward, many of them endemic to the area. The jungles have trails and there is plenty of information about the different wildlife you may encounter. During our visit, we saw a couple of Tanagers, tunanetas, guacharas, and many others. The house is cozy, with two fireplaces to keep it warm and lovely art. They have a large porch from which you can see different kinds of humming birds coming to the feeders. Bety, the lady that takes care of the cleaning and food, is very sweet and helpful. There wasn't a meal we didn't love. We spent 3 nights in early Nov and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for those interested in taking a break from the city.

Great place for photography. Forest reserve has many rare species. The only thing is that one of the two dogs barks continuously after the sun goes down. Only problem was caretaker has two dogs, one which barks all night.

Amazing place!!! Beautiful birds all around and even if you are not into birds, this should be your go to place to relax and feel in touch with nature. I'm dying to go back.
