Not really food trucks. It seems the whole place is under one owner. Bathrooms are paid but clean. Food is solid but Shawarma truck is not very good. Mexican truck is better.

Suffers a similar problem as food trucks in the US, over priced and under portioned. The food trucks are not mobile, and are essentially tiny restaurants. We were here in low season so it was wet, cold, and not much business. Like almost everything in Salento, this place caters exclusively to Western tourists and has a foodie veneer and pricing to go along with it. I’d recommend trying some of the more authentic Colombian menu places in town or going to a real restaurant. Or just skip Salento completely and stay in Filandia, which is better in every aspect than Salento besides proximity to Cocora. Go to Filandia and eat at the best restaurant in the region, Helena Adentro. It might be the time of year we were here, but these places were too small to sell a significant volume of food, and that almost always means disappointing meals in our experience.
Variety of dishes: Mexican, Venezuelan Arepa, shawarma, cocktails, grilled meat.
Very expensive for the size of the meals. Nice atmosphere and setting though!

Un lugar muy bonito en el Pueblo con unos Nachos super ricos, los cócteles de la combi y música muy agradable
