My husband and I are in love with Kitchenaid products
I purchased a blade grinder for coffee beans. On the 3rd use it blew up. It made an explosion noise and started smoking from the bottom and we have no kitchen aid where I live so I have to try if possible to get it fixed. Your store is 15,000 km away so not possible to drop by with my receipt.

Bons produits de bonne qualité. Mais surtout si vous commandez en ligne soyez sûr du produit que vous commandez car c’est tout à fait galère d’échanger. Il nous a fallu 1 mois d’échange d’e-mails et de messages. Pas possible d’échanger en magasin, ça serait trop simple.
