We had the opportunity to watch how Lina, the owner of Dulcearte de Chocolate, makes her chocolate. Lina provides us with samples of each of her chocolate flavours, and although her tour was mainly in Spanish she provided an informative tour on her chocolate making process. Her mini tour was about 30-45min, however if we spoke more Spanish I’m sure the tour would have went longer; as we would have been able to engage and ask more questions. As a fun activity Lina gave us hot liquid chocolate in tubes to draw on clear plastic paper. She then froze our designs and gave them to us to bring home! It was a fun and delicious afternoon!

Lina is just getting started, but she is already on to something great! She invited us into her little chocolate workshop for a tasting and explanation of some of the best chocolates I have ever had. I ended up buying a whole bunch to bring home.
Delicious artisan chocolate, loved both the cardamom and coffee! Lina is lovely and it was really interesting to be talked through the whole chocolate process. I would definitely recommend. Gracias Lina
Delicious craft chocolate. Probably the most delicious chocolate I have tried in Colombia. Lina is a really sweet woman and makes ridiculous awesome cardamom and coffee dark chockie.

She shared her chocolate making process with us, and gave us some of her chocolate to try including coffee, cardamom and fig flavors. Also, the beautiful packaging is perfect for gifts! Don't leave Jericó without visiting Dulcearte de Chocolate!

Un lugar único, experiencia espectacular,donde se puede apreciar el talento de una persona maravillosa, la cual elabora un delicioso y único chocolate. Aquí en este pequeño lugar también podemos aprender muchas cosas sobre el proceso del chocolate, sin duda alguna un lugar especial.gracias a lina Robledo por su dedicación y enseñanzas.
