This hostel is in a great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's directly across from a public sports complex, where there is a pool and courts to play sports such as beach volleyball and tennis. The best part about the hostel is the roof terrace with a spacious kitchen, lots of couches to relax, and a beautiful 360 degree view of Medellin. It's a really friendly atmosphere, a great place to make new friends and maybe a play a game of dominos with Joel, the friendly owner.

Love living here. Everyone is super nice, lots of "digital nomad" type people, and the owner, Joell, is super welcoming, friendly, and helpful kitchen is great and the roof has beautiful views with tons of space to work.
Spent 3 months there, perfect place for digital nomad. The internet is excellent. The rooftop is spacious, green and very comfortable. Super professional kitchen. The staff is amazing and happy to help.
Enjoyed our stay, especially sharing meals on the rooftop terrace. Best communal kitchen we have seen in South America
International House has completely remodeled and upgraded since our last stay there in 2015. The rooftop kitchen has a new oven, stove and char-broiler. This is one of the top kitchens we have seen in our world travels including our stays in high-end apartments and co-living spaces. The private rooms are very affordable at 15USD per night and we enjoyed the pillow top mattress and smart TV in our room. Highly recommend you go back and experience the new International House Co-Living space.
We have completely remodeled! 14 private rooms, 2 triples, one 6-bed dorm, and one 8-bed dorm. We look forward to hosting you !
Cheap, clean and laid back. Good wifi and a great view from the roof.
Great place. Clean rooms, excellent bathrooms and showers. And cheap. Especially compared to hotel rooms. The terrace, where you do your cooking is equipped well and everyone cleans up after themselves well. A couple of refrigerators were out of commission, so frig space was at a premium. Lots of locker storage. It was cool to be in the common area, often activities that were fun to watch, even if you weren't a participant. People from all over the world are all friendly and eager to meet and talk to you, Very laid back, accepting of everyone and near LOTS of places to go no matter what you may be into. OH, and the area is also VERY safe. Especially check out the nearby Opal Coffee cafe. Incredible coffee/lattes, etc and CHEAP. Joel, Daniel, Stefania, Mike are super folks running this place. Can't say enough good.
