‘I am diver’ has all new equipment with 3000psi tanks in stead of 2000psi, which makes it possible to spend more time under water. But of course the quality of the instructor is at least as important as the gear. For which Darwin is the right guy on the spot. With over more than 15 years of experience he’s definitely the one you want to have as a teacher or as your guide on your diving adventure. A very relaxed guy, for sure one of the best instructors I’ve came across in my diving career! O yeah, he has the newest Go Pro camera, so pictures of your underwater experience are included!

All it takes for you to decide you want to do your PADI certificate here - is 5 minutes with Darwin! Trust me, I didn't plan to do it at all I just came for a short fun dive. But after I saw how much Darwin is patient and professional, I felt like this is the right decision. And I was right! It was one of the best things I did in Colombia! You can do the course in an excellent price and in many languages. All my worries faded away even before we got into the water! Do yourself a favor and go talk to him!

My wife and I took the PADI Open Water course with I am Diver. Our instructor was Darwin, who did a great job of teaching us the basics of SCUBA. He's patient and gives clear instructions and was able to give us lots of individual attention as we were the only 2 people diving with him. The equipment was all new, in good condition and functioned well for the 3 days. This was also the first place in South America that I've not had a problem finding equipment in my size (we've been here for almost 10 months). We both enjoyed the course and found it to be exceptional value.

I gained my open water certificate here and it was the best experience! I was not the most confident in the water initially but my skills and confidence grew massively with the support of Darwin. Would highly recommend, I'm now considering advanced open water! Also cheap but the quality is not compromised at all.
