I brought my friend with acute kidney injury into emergency. They refused to help him because they only wanted to see COVID-19 cases. He has COVID-19 symptoms they failed to recognise. His respiratory rate was 30 but the staff said it was 18. They can't count! They turned him away when he was almost unconscious, pale, almost about to have heart and lung failure. They have no skills of clinical knowledge, no compassion, and are completely incompetent. I asked to complain to the manager and they refused.
