Rented a 30ft speedboat as a private day tour. Loved our crew (father/son) Pinky & Junior. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The process was slow to start in booking the trip, communication needs work. No language barrier for me since I speak Spanish. Overall great experience.

Our day of island hopping on the hi Cartagena boat was fantastic. The boat captain and mate were extremely helpful and attentive. Super professional and exactly what we were wanting. In booking the experience, Astrid was super helpful and responsive. We had trouble using a credit card from US prior to, but Astrid was able to assist us. This experience is a must if you’re wanting to check out the islands near Cartagena. Two thumbs up!

We rented boats multiple days and had them arrange transportation to the airport when we were leaving Cartagena. Hi Cartagena Astrid helped us book everything with ease and came to get us from our Air B&B personally to make sure we found our way to the boat ok. Would recommend Hi Cartagena & Astrid if you are planning on doing excursions during your visit.

Our group worked with Rob and Ivan at Hi Cartagena to book a private yacht charter. This group is A. The yacht was beautiful, it was fully staffed, stocked with food, drinks, ice and supplies. No detail was overlooked. Their equipment is top of the line. The staff was great. They were honest, transparent and excellent communicators. Rob and Ivan are fluent in English and make sure the staff has attended to every detail. They also handled all of our airport transfers, golf outings, scuba trips, and restaurant and bar suggestions / reservations. Use them with confidence!

We rented a 30 feet speedboat for use from 9am-5pm during peak season. We got picked up at our hotel and driven to the marina, where our captain awaited us. The service was fantastic, as our crew took us around the Rosario Islands and made sure my friends and I were comfortable (and served) throughout. The boat was clean and fast, and came stocked with ice. Prior to the trip, the company was very responsive via What’s App and answered all of my questions to make sure I had exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely use this service again in the future!

Best day ever!!! The Hi Cartagena team does a spectacular job of taking care of everything. The only thing we had to do was relax and have fun. Great attitudes and ready to take us all over the different islands outside of Cartagena. We went on the 36 ft Hi Cartagena Boat and it was incredible. So much space and super luxurious. We are looking forward to our next trip again. I really can't say enough good things about this company. Highly Recommended.

Hi Cartagena helped us put together a dinner for 150 business school students visiting Cartagena and it could not have been any more beautiful or any easier. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high-touch service to make your next event run seamlessly. And a special thank you to Angie, who made sure the event ran seamlessly day-of! From the beginning they provided us with fantastic options that met our needs and did a great job customizing the event for us. Even though they were acting as the middleman with the restaurant, they did a great job getting responses in a timely fashion. They also looked into additional services at no additional cost to try and make the night truly special. Night of, they provided a representative Angie who helped with any problems that arose and made hosting the event worry free. They were able to make last minute adjustments with ease. They even put a lot of effort into including details we never discussed, such as personalized menu cards, centerpieces and a photographer. Everyone was highly impressed with the caliber of event Hi Cartagena was able to put on.
