How is possible that if I pay for exams, they need that I write a letter asking for them? They took the samples on Tuesday, and promise results on Wednesday in the afternoon via email. Because results no arrive, I have to go in person and ask for them on Thursday in the morning. I had to wait for the results because they weren’t ready. Before you pay they are very friendly, but after they make everything a problem

Pedí una cita, me la dieron a las 8:00 a.m. y al llegar, hice una fila de 1 hora para que me dijeran que particulares no atendían. Su prioridad es atender los contratos con empresas. Al final me atienden, 2 horas después, porque me quejo, y no me envían los resultados hasta que me vuelvo a quejar. Desordenado, sobrevenden los cupos de atención que tienen, pésimo servicio al cliente. Lugar cerrado con poca ventilación, que pone en riesgo a las personas en plena pandemia.
