Contacted company to purchase plates to complete set that we bought from them years ago in the Feria de Artesañias, the older lady who answered the phone could not be bothered with offering her services... I guess normal everyday collectors are of no importance... they only sell to restaurants or whole sellers now, no exceptions... we even offered to buy a whole new set... still the lady coldly denied us the opportunity. We are taking our business elsewhere.
