In 8 months traveling by bus in South America, Flota La Macarena is the worst company we've used. All of the ticket sellers have been rude when we were trying to buy tickets for two separate trips. They don't let you pick seats, instead they put you in the next available seat so both times my husband and I had tickets that were across the aisle from each other. Both times we asked someone to switch so we could sit together, and the second trip the attendant was really rude about us switching and tried to force us to sit in the seats their rude ticket seller had assigned us without asking. I refused to move since the person with whom we had switched was happy to have a seat alone in diamond class, and my husband and I wanted to sit together. Both trips we bought the diamond class expensive seats, and both times they were cramped and uncomfortable. If I'm paying much more money for my ticket, I expect to be comfortable, have a cup holder for my water, and to have overhead storage large enough to accommodate a small backpack. Macarena diamond class is a joke and a rip off! Plus both buses the bathrooms we horrible, dirty, disgusting, no water in the sink, toilet not working correctly. Disgusting!!! Also, the bus stops constantly to pick up and let off, but never gives passengers 5 minutes to get off and stretch legs or go to the restroom. Instead they hold you captive for hours longer than the trip should take so they can stop every 15 minutes throughout. We took this company because they are the only ones who go to San Jose del Guaviare, but in the future, if Macarena it's our only choice we will not go. I'd rather ride in a donkey cart than take this company again!!!!

Las pocas veces que he viajado en flota la Macarena me ah parecido excelente el servicio además que viajar al llano y con esos paisajes quedó muy conforme
