Never use etb. They promise high connection speeds but the service (both internet and TV) goes down all the time. Even the infamous CLARO doesn't goes down that much.

The place is a bit disorganize on helping customers out. I wish more companies like ETB would have fiber optic internet cause I would change in a heart beat, cause the customer service with this company is the worst, other than that they helped me fast with my solution when I went to the office.
