This is just a store. Worst service when you are bringing a sick dog. Gave us wrong advice and never cared about the blood test results. This lazyness could have killed my dog. We always asked to keep a folder of the dog every time we went (6 times over a year). When I asked for the info several times they were NEVER capable of providing ANY information. They were not interested to help us out at all. When going to another vet we found several problems with the dog that must have been going on for a long time. It was my mistake to wait so long to go to another veterinaria. Don't trust the life of your pet here. They don't care at all! Muy mal atencion si tu perro esta enfermo. No les confias. Mejor solo compras cosas de la tienda o ir a otro lugar. Yo nunca vuelvo alla. Prefiero mi perro vivo

Al principio te tratan muy bien contestan tus inquietudes, luego ya ni te dejan en visto, te hacen esperar más de 4 HORAS para atender a tú mascota y eso q SI TENÍA CITA , el veterinario ni se disculpa por la demora como si te hicieran un favor, NO SEÑORES ESTAMOS PAGANDO POR UN SERVICIO Y NO PEDIMOS DESCUENTOS, la persona q llama a recordar la vacunas y demás, te cuelga el teléfono si le vas hacer una queja del servicio!!!! Perdón .... SEÑORES LOS GASTOS DE NUESTRAS MASCOTAS SON COSTOSOS Y MERECES RESPETO, NO ARROGANCIA , SOBERBIA Y MENOS Q NO PUEDAS HACER UNA RETROALIMENTACIÓN POR Q NO LES GUSTA Y TE TIRAN EL TELÉFONO.
Un lugar completo, personal amable, abierta 24 horas.

Retraso de dos horas en el procedimiento que le iban a realizar a mi mascota, además el veterinario no nos habló ni se disculpó una sola vez. Completamente impersonal e indiferente.
