This place is mainly nature where ever you see, it has some springs and a big waterfall. Besides, it offers perfect landscapes that can help you to relax and have your mind away of the stress of the city. In the path you can watch different species of births and other animals, but that is not the only tging because there you can also watch a lot of variations of flowers that represent the beauty of Colombia.
It's a good place to chill and relax sorrounded by nature, the weather is very cold, the place it's about 2600 above the sea level and it's the accessible point to Nevado del tolima mountain top. Make sure to bring rain jackets and Winter clothes. I definitely recommend to take a bath in the shallow hot springs. The access point from the silencio to El rancho is a Little complicated because you have to cross the river two times.

Es un lugar que permite relajarse de la vida caótica de la ciudad y compartir con la naturaleza. A pesar de que ha cambiado bastante respecto a lo que fue hace muchos años, aún se encuentran aguas termales junto a agua fría del glaciar del nevado y una imponente cascada de agua muy fría pero renovadora. El paisaje es extraordinario. Don Orlando su cuidador, es muy amable. Recordemos llevar todos los residuos que generamos al visitar este lugar para no contaminar y destruir este santuario.

Cinco estrellas a la atención humilde y desinteresada que brinda don orlando al turista , para llegar a este lugar caminamos del punto llamado el silencio de 45 a 60 minutos por sendero natural y cruzando el río combeima en dos tramos , no sobra decir que si vamos a visitarlo debemos tener mucha precaución con los horarios de salida e ir con la ropa adecuada para la actividad en la media montaña y ser muy responsables con las personas que nos acompañen y con la montaña ya que es muy frecuente encontrar persinas irresponsables que van con sus familias como si fueran para tierra caliente.
