I really can’t say I had a good experience despite all the good reviews. I did a laser facial which made my skin worse and kept it red for months. They also nuked all of the hair around my hairline off so it grew back super ugly. They didn’t have time to schedule me in for a follow up appointment.

I was thrilled to receive such kind and personalized care at Dr. Giraldo’s office. My Spanish is marginal, but both Dr. Giraldo and her husband speak English, which helped things move smoothly. The prices for the procedures and medications that I needed were very reasonable. I felt safe traveling to Dr. Giraldo’s office and I felt safe while in Dr. Giraldo’s care. Dr. Giraldo’s staff, particularly Alejandra and Tatiana are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I definitely plan on returning the next time I am in Bogotá.

I was visiting from the US and experiencing a rash on my face. I emailed the office on Sunday afternoon and the doctor responded that evening saying she could get me in the following day Monday. She was very knowledgeable and explained my next steps and medicine thoroughly. I even got the medicine from her office. The cost for consultation and medicine was amazingly reasonable. You can't this quality affordable care in the US that's for sure!

She speaks English, so if you are traveling to Colombia and need a fairly priced English speaking doc she is the one! Highly recommend!

WHAT A RELIEF !!!! I was fortunate enough to have had a consultation with Dra. Vanessa Giraldo during my visit to Colombia. For many years I had been suffering from a rash condition on my face, that occurred during the winter seasons. I had been to several dermatologists in the USA and all I was given were steroid creams for the condition. The problem was that Once I stopped using them, the problem persisted. With just one visit to Dra. Giraldo and her recommendations, without any type of steroids I may add, my problem was solved. I am cured!!! I am so very THANKFUL and I highly recommend Dra Vanessa 100% for any dermatological condition anyone may have.
