We are extremely pleased with Dr Julio Oliver work and overall experience. He is very knowledgeable, top of the line materials has a light touch and does quality work. In addition the process and office support was very easy, we sent pictures and x-rays and they sent us a complete estimate, but you can also find prices on their website, very transparent and honest! of and way more affordable than the US prices! In addition the location its great! Cartagena is a beautiful city with lots to see and very tourist friendly.

If one has any doubts about Dental Tourism in Cartagena please put them aside! I can only say that the professionalism, quality and value added service provided by Dr Oliver and his staff exceeded my expectations. I would like my review to serve as a guide for anyone doing research, or searching for a dentist, or in my case someone interested in veneers. So, the obvious is yes, you will save thousands of dollars, but in the united states there's a saying, "you get what you pay for" so with that in mind I didn't use price as a determining factor. I chose Dr. Oliver and his wonderful staff for 3 reasons. 1). I researched doctors in the US as well as south America. The one thing that I look for is the consistency of a particular negative review. If it's something that I'm worried about then i take that into consideration. I went to a lot of different medical sites that posted unbiased reviews on dentist as well as medical doctors. There were a few for all of the doctors that i researched. When I researched Dr. Oliver, I COULDN'T FIND ANY!!!! I search and search but turned up no negative reviews! 2).The second reason had to do with a lot of reviews I saw on other dentist/doctors. There was a "consistent negative review" that I saw on a lot of dentist. People felt misled because then they got there, and an assistant or another doctor is the one that performed the work. From my first visit to my last (I had a total of 4 procedures) Dr. Oliver is the only dentist that worked on me. 3). The last reason was based on another consistent negative review that I saw with a lot of other dentist is that they were required to pay either a deposit, or pay for the services before they were performed. With Dr. Oliver, I did not pay a single penny until all services were performed and that I was happy with the results. All of the other things that are mentioned in previous reviews are true. He is very professional, the place is very modern and clean, his staff is very friendly. Yes, his prices are a lot cheaper than in other countries, but Dr. Oliver is also BETTER than a lot of dentist in other countries! I can proudly say, that I love my new smile and Dr. Oliver is now, my full time dentist!

Where do I began.. Let’s start with my trip to Columbia. Nervous?? not at all. From the moment i landed at the airport, I felt right at home. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The best part outside of receiving my dental work had to be my visit to the rosario islands. Great scene & Great food. / now about my dental visit.. I actually brought a friend with me & we both left Columbia with our Dr. Oliver Hollywood smiles. I’m here to tell everyone that this guy is The Best at cosmetic dentistry. not to mention his great personality & overall wonderful guy. His dental assistants are also great people & very helpful. Let me tell a story about the best F’ing dentist in the WORLD Dr. Julio Oliver. He is not only absolutely professional but ethically and morally he is cut from a different cloth. I’m from the good old USA and I went to see a few different dentist who basically told me they will do whatever I want/tell them to do and it would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. I then made the first step in the process of the best decision of my life. I sent some of my pics to Dr Oliver and this man from a country that ain’t doing as good as the USA is financially told me he don’t care what I tell him I want him to do he will only do what’s right treatment wise and ethically and morally. If I followed his lead and allowed him to do what he does best I would have the perfect smile I’ve wanted for the last 30yrs. (I’m 35 so yea my whole life basically I’ve hated my teeth for one reason or another) so I booked my 10 day trip to the most beautiful safe CLEAN affordable place I’ve ever been in my life. Everything was seamless from the time I landed I was Picked up from the airport by one of the Dr drivers and taken to my condo the driver waited for me to unpack and then drove me to my first visit. From my first visit to my last thru that 10 days Dr Julio took care of me with such care and impeccable treatment. I was in minimal pain and that’s all because of how good a dentist dr Julio is. I’ve allowed my teeth to become disgusting over these years because of the fear of the pain I would have going to dentist but not in Dr julios hands. I literally fell asleep 3 different times while this man was drilling /shaving my teeth. This man is a life changer and he deserves to be recognized as the best dentist in the world.

I am from Ottawa Canada. I needed two crowns and roots canals. The dentist was very professional and the office was very clean and well equipped. There was no difference between Dr Oliver and our dentist in Canada. After talking to him we were able to see that he is an expert in his field and now after the work done we trust him completely for future interventions. The work done and the service provided was outstanding. I recommend him 100 percent.

After needing a root canal acutely while visiting Cartagena, I was advised to visit Dr Julio Oliver by our airbnb host. I was helped as quickly as possible and feel that the care I received was very professional, kind and efficient. The dentist's office is modern and quiet, the dentist and his assistants very friendly. I received immediate relief from my pain and after the follow-up appointment I was at ease with the knowledge that my tooth was pain free and healing well. Very glad to have found this dentist at short notice and to have received great professional help in a city I did not know!
