I’m a spin class expert. I’ve been going to Soul Cycle since 2011 and have since tried classes around the world in Vancouver, Toronto, NY and Hong Kong. Cyglo is the Soul Cycle of Colombia. I couldn’t stop smiling after my class with Pollo. Now THIS is what a spin teacher should be :-) What an incredible studio - many of the features you’d find in an upscale North American gym such as: automated lockers, clear towels for the ride and your shower (a real blessing here!), private shower stalls, luscious shampoo/soap/conditioner, blow dryer - the works! You will not regret a class at Cyglo, I guarantee it. I wish I found this place earlier!

This is by far the best spin studio I've ever visited. And that's saying a lot since I regularly visit some of the top studios across North America from SoulCycle, Flywheel, Equinox, to Síclo in Mexico. What sets this studio apart from the rest is the quality of the instructors. For them you can tell it's more than teaching another class, it's about creating an experience. Their upbeat energy combined with local tunes (reggaetón, deep rhythm EDM) all add to what makes it an experience to remember. The facilities are also top notch: luxury toiletries, new bikes, immaculate locker room, etc. If you're ever in El Poblado do yourself a favor and visit this studio. The front desk staff is super helpful and will happily offer to get you setup for your first ride. Enjoy the ride! Ciao

Cyglo is definitely the best equipped and most professional spin studio I've been to in Colombia! After years of taking NYC boutique spin classes (flywheel, soul, cyc), I can confidently say that the instructor quality (Pollo!) and facilities (spacious lockers with built in locks, water fountain, personal towels, showers with soap/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer) are top notch. Also the bikes are digitized and include RPM, torque, and "level" so you know exactly how hard you're working out. Open a studio in Laureles next please!

For my boyfriend and me it was the first time cycling. It was quite hard but we really enjoyed "dancing" with Annie, our great teacher who kept motivating us with her positive energy. We felt great afterwards. Also there is a nice energy in the studio. Everyone welcomed us very friendly. Would definitely do it again and would highly recommend it. Gracias Annie and CYGLO Medellín!!!!

If you’re looking to sweat look no further! I stumbled upon this place by accident looking for a typical training gym. I was a little bit shy as I’d never done a class like this before. Maite greeted me at the door with warmth and kindness. I knew as soon as I had entered that this place was welcoming. I was provided with superb customer service and felt like I was a part of the cycle community immediately. The class was so much fun. The vibe can only be described as Maite put it exactly - dancing with the bike. I felt like I was in a 45 minute fiesta. Maite was an exceptional instructor providing an interactive experience and engaging with everyone throughout the entire class. She even spoke to me in English! If you’re looking for a great fitness class in the Medellín area this is it.
