Best way to travel to and from the airport. Its 13,000 pesos when I went. Taxis were about 85,000 pesos. Its a 1 lane road to get into medellin so a taxi doesn't get you there any quicker. The bus driver is super friendly and helpful. The bus was nice and clean. Best way to get around. Thank you.

They are fast and cheap. However, if youbare rushing to the airport please be aware that the buses may take a bit to go. It may take from 20 min to 40 min to get to the airport from San Diego.

This was super easy - I got there around 5:55am, there were several buses waiting. The one I took left at 6:10, so maybe they go every 15/20 minutes? C10,500 to the airport, via the tunnel, in about 45 minutes. Bus is fairly small, around 20 seats, and you pay cash when you get off.

Dependable airport shuttle with drop-off & pick-up stations in the city. Plus going to the airport you can board at their terminal, which is recommended to have choice of seating - or even to GET a seat. 2021's new fare increased to 13,000 pesos (about 3.75) for the 40-50 minute ride. Combuses, S.A. is official name. Check website for hours of operation.

Good option for travel to and from the airport. 10,000 pesos (3) one-way. Space for large bags in the rear. Safe choice for airport service. Someone mentioned the bus not using the new tunnel......duh, they aren't allowed to use it, no buses allowed in the tunnel. And if you catch the bus at the main office behind Almacentro you will always get a seat...... waiting at San Diego you may not.

Absolutely the worst bus service I have ever experienced in 15 years of living in multiple developing countries. There are never enough seats or buses serving the route to the airport, so sometimes a person has to wait more than an hour for one of them to stop. You can call and reserve a seat, but there is no guarantee the driver will actually stop. Most of their buses are old and in disrepair. Even worse, the bus company refuses to use the new tunnel that reduces the journey from 50 minutes to 25, instead choosing to continue using the extremely windy and steep alternative at unsafe speeds.
