I had my surgery at the clinic in Bogota and am happy to say that I've been 100% satisfied throughout the entire process. From first contact, inquiring about the process, Nicholas was very responsive, friendly, and quick to reply. The staff in Bogota was highly professional, while also conveying a sense of warmth and compassion--I knew that I was in good hands and that they were very careful and deliberate throughout the procedure. I highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed.

Very compassionate staff. They helped me through every step of the process, including transportation, the hotel, and the procedure itself. I was very nervous, and they explained every detail, answered all my questions and calmed me every step of the way. Doctor Duarte, Diego, Karen RN and the other assistants are all professional, and highly skilled. It was worth going to Bogota for the customer service experience I received and the 1:1 attention they provided. Even after the procedure I text Nicholas with questions and he answers me promptly. I doubt I would receive this much attention had I done the procedure elsewhere. I already referred a friend of mine.
