You'll find everything challenging in terms of getting to the waterfall. However it was one of the most rewarding experience I ever had. An advice, you better go with company it might improve your experience.

Beautiful walk and waterfalls. The round trip walk takes significantly longer than the 2 hours they indicate when you're not used to the altitude The road down could do with being tarmacked to make getting there faster and smoother.

Beautiful place...great hike up the mountain.you can rent boots for about 60cents, well worth it ...it can get pretty mucky. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming. Camping is also an option
Is a good natural.envioroment, easy access and a lot of nature, hiking paths, increíble waterfall.
Unbelievable scenery even if you don't hike back to the falls. You can drive to or near the entrance on your own or arrange a ride or tour. The hike back to the falls is a 5km round trip. It is a moderately difficult hike because of the elevation, and rocky/muddy trail. This is only one hour from Bogota, but even many locals aren't aware.
Very nice place the waterfall was amazing.
Here you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique ecosystem that is the cloud forest. The waterfall is just incredible. One thing that needs to be remarked is the great organization (social peasant organization).
