Worst bus company we used in Colombia. Timing is completely off. They stop all the time. Music is loud at all times. It takes 3 hours more than what they promise you to get you where they promised. The bus is freezing cold and me and my companion both caught a cold. Constantly junk food sellers were allowed to come to the bus and yell what they are selling. Aweful experience. Would never use them again. They have 0 regards for their passengers.

Lo mudaron ahora solo esa en el terminal del norte
Puntuales en la salida, personas amables, el baño estaba super sucio y sin papel ni jabón, deberían tener cuidado con eso ya que es un viaje de muchasss horas por ende así no se quiera al menos una vez en el viaje se debe entrar. No emplean ninguna medida de bioseguridad. En lo demás muy recomendados.
NO ENTIENDO PORQUE ME SALE A MI CALIFICAR COPETRAN SI EL QUE FUE AL TERMINAL FUE MI NOVIO CON SU CELULAR, NO CON EL MIO, YO NO HE IDO A COPETRAN MEDELLÍN, NO CONPRENDO, PUEDEN EXPLICAR PORQUE CUANDO EL VA A UN SITIO A MI ME APARECE POR FAVOR. GRACIAS
