The good... The product range is good and the people are nice. The bad... The system they use to serve, get payment and provide the goods is from the 1980's. What should take 10 minutes dealing with one person takes 30 minutes dealing with 3 or 4 people. The system does not value the customers time. If there was an alternative place in ibagué I would go their instead. Overall a horrible experience.
