I'm not one to really complain regarding casinos but this place is a 0.00. the service is non existent and oddly enough the black jack dealer never lost a hand. Never going back there again.

Win some, lose some. Great dealers, could use more cocktail staff and some Pit bosses were a bit too much.
Casino is okey, we enjoyed the comedy show. But food is not good, they took a lot of time to place our order then another hour for the bill. Bad service in the restaurant.
Clean, fresh, bathroom fossets need advancement. Almost no one there on a Monday, and no smokers. Cleanest air casino I've ever been in.
Not bad. Gran casino I liked a little more, but this had more people probably because it is in the poblado. They came around and asked if we wanted drinks maybe three times. Some of the games were fairly modern - I haven't even seen them in the United States casinos yet.
It is well located, it has blackjack , poker and roulette tables.it has even tables for high betters.
Horrible experience. We came to see a comedian and couldn’t even enjoy it. The waiting staff was not familiar with the menu selection. It took forever to get the waitress to acknowledge our table (supposedly VIP) when we ordered, it took them 10 mins to come back to tell us they were out of the items we wanted. After placing a second order 10 minutes later, we were told they didn’t have those items either. We were left with 4 choices in the menu and when we finally got something (anything) to eat it was horribly disappointing. Not to mention my boyfriend never even got his meal. I could go on and on about the constant interruptions where I felt completely rude for not fully listening to the comedian’s performance. I would not recommend this place. I’m sure you can find better places with better customer service. When we asked the staff they rudely disregarded us and were blatantly disrespectful. If you want your evening ruined come to this place.
They over charged me for my beers as they had a promotion going on as I been donating money for 6 hours so on the bright side it made me leave as enogh is enogh rip me off on your promo beer as I will never set my foot in this establishment again ever.
