Modern boutique hotel located in the very nice and safe neighborhood of Barrio Grenada. Rooms are clean with all the expected amenities of a four star property. Front desk staff were pleasant, gave good recommendations, and spoke proficient English.

This hotel is very contemporary the staff is equally accommodating, I've traveled from the U.S. with my wife and kid with very little Spanish in our vocabulary index and the staff has made me feel very comfortable with communications, and the room rates are great for all the accommodations you get here. Also Milton Andres was out shuttle driver and very knowledgeable on Cali's history and took time to show us all the beautys Cali is known for! Thank you NOW Hotel for a wonderful stay

Smart modern hotel handy to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was not included but was worth the price. There is also a popular bar located in the hotel on an upper level.

Very nice place to have a romantic meal at the rooftop bar/restaurant. Nothing too expensive, tasty food and friendly staff.
