totally agree with everyone's review in here. its impossible to get a hold on someone in that company. When you finally get a hold on someone they don't have a clue of where you money went or anything regards you property. they use the covid-19 excuse for everything. they make you paid an insurance that its worthless and they charged for every penny but they don't give you any credit . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.it sucks big time.

If you want to bring problems to your life, go ahead and sign a contract with this real estate agency. I have had a contract for the management of my property for about 4 years and it was the worst decision I have ever made, I don't want to scare you probably some people have had good experiences with them, but as far as I can see in the comments this is a frequently behavior of this company. Don't expect any fluent communication with you, they definitely don't use emails very well, especially in those times you call them and they tell you that they are going to send you an e-mail it won't happen. I must say it anyway, Bienco pays on time. I'm trying to get another company that fits with this requirement, I know this is a quite hard niche market these days, but I'm sure there should be another company with better business core values, customer service, customer relationships and specially a more efficient communication on emails.
