I'll start this off by saying that the majority of the food and drinks here were great. However we had a couple bad experiences so I cannot recommend going. We ate here for 5 meals, the majority of which were included in tours we did with our hotel and so didn't pay directly for these, but paying was the main issue we had. The first visit we had when we received the bill, the prices were 1.5-2 times those on the menu we had. When confronted, they brought out a different menu showing the higher prices. We didn't pay for a meal there after that... but, we did get ants on one of our granolas. Also, less of a complaint, but we received a lot of toast with no condiments. This was strange to our Colombian guide as well.

We had dinner and breakfast at this lovely cafe, a gem in La Macarena. Love the eclectic decoration, where junk becomes useful art. The food and service were excellent. The breakfast served exceeded our expectations, so good that I remarked I hope we will have another breakfast on this trip which beats this. It’s a great place to hang out and escape from the searing sun.

Un lugar muy agradable, con una decoración ecléctica muy interesante, buena música, buen café preparado al estilo tradicional (filtro de tela), buena comida, ofrece libros y juegos de mesa.

Es el lugar mas tranquilo y relajante. Su buen servicio y tematica resaltan a la vista en todo momento. Recomiendo este hermoso lugar a todos los que buscan un escape.

Sin duda, es el lugar más agradable y bonito de La Macarena, cada rincón tiene algo especial. La comida es deliciosa, recomiendo en particular las hamburguesas. Hay bebidas para todos los gustos. La atención es muy buena, y el sitio está siempre impecable.
