The administration are good people, they just need to work on listening to the customer. I booked 2 weeks Dec31-Jan14 2021. They had a nice 2020 vehicle waiting for me. Initial contact through WhatsApp was excellent all the way to pickup from airport arrivals. I was visiting the mountains and 2 wheel drive was not working because of rain/mud. When I contacted them there was resistance to my request for 4x4 or all wheel. Finally they assisted with another vehicle that worked fine for the rest of the trip. My advice to administration is 1- listen acknowledge and do something about it ASAP 2- Your fleet should be road worthy anywhere 3- asking for a vehicle to be cleaned prior to return is ridiculous. My advice for travelers is if you are going to the mountains is make sure it's an all wheel or 4x4. I looked up my initial vehicle before hand and it should have been but it wasn't unfortunately somehow. Also I booked the large SUV for a premium and it wasn't large, I got the excuse that it wasn't available due to the time of year even though I pre-booked it in advance.

Desde el exterior tenia todo listo para alquilar un automovil al llegar al aeropuerto El Dorado en Bogotá, al bajar del avion la oficina ya estaba cerrada a las 9:00 p.m. No obtuve respuesta, por telefono nadie respondió y tuve que buscar quien alquilaba automoviles en el aeropuerto.

Experiencia terrible!!! Falta de conocimiento, te ofrecen cosas que son mentira! Servicio al cliente pésimo!!! Poco inventario de carros!!! Poco amigables, incluso groceros.... Busquen otras compañías Terrible experience... No Knowledge, they offer you fake services just to convence you to buy their extra insurances... Unaceptable customer service, really bad attitude.. STAY AWAY for this company...

NO RECOMENDADO. Una muy desagradable y engorroso experiencia con esta empresa de servicio. Les comento lo sucedido: "rentamos un carro para salir de Bogotá a las 3 de la tarde, resulta que cuando fuimos a buscar el auto no tenían unidades disponibles sino hasta la 7 de la noche, después de expresar nuestra molestia por su falta de responsabilidad y seriedad; no ofrecieron mandarnos con otra empresa pero que nosotros teníamos que correr con la diferencia de precio, cosa que no se acepto porque ellos eran los responsables de su falla. Tuvimos que dar vueltas a los alrededores para poder salir a las 7 de la noche". Además hay que agregar que el personal de atención al cliente es poco educada y empatica y su capacidad para resolver problemas es escasa. En este caso se aplicó el dicho "LO BARATO SALE CARO".
