Fairly well organised but needs more bathrooms for waiting travellers. Taxis as everywhere in the world is a little pricey. Walk away ftom the terminal and taxi prices are better.

Large bus station. Lots of restaurants and shops. This bus station is where just about all bus leave and arrived to other cities. We used Bolivariano bus services. You can book online with Bolivariano but you need to have a printed ticket. Bolivariano have a Sala VIP lounge where you can print your ticket for free. The VIP lounge is also heated.
Ok
Definitively the best company is Bolivariano. however, there are good service in this terminal. If you need to travel by bus on holidays is better to be there as early as you can or probably you gonna spend long time waiting for a available bus.
Not bad bus station, free wifi in some places. Can get the yellow fever vaccine for free here but the wait can be long (2 hrs for us) but the actual vaccine and paperwork takes like 5 minutes
I would absolutely recommend Bolivariano for long trips, but make sure to take a "Duobus" , not a "2G" bus. 2G buses aren't near as comfortable. It's a good terminal. Lots of people in peek hours however. It can get uncomfortable sometimes. You have some restaurants and bakerys inside of regular quality with little choice for vegetarians. You can take a shower for 5000 pesos and use the toilet for 1000 pesos.
Is a place where u can find lots of shops and bus stations, nice place
Good bus terminal. There is an info point you can ask everything and they give you a map of Bogotá. To reach the center it's easy, you just walk 4 minutes until the avenida calle 24 and then take a bus to the centre. You need a rechargable card to enter, but you can ask someone to pass with his card and you pay him cash (2000 cop).
