It had been a pleasure dealing with them.. all of the staff are very professional and polite, however, Sebastian is the best!, very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all, which made my purchase experience a more enjoyable one. I visited the store a few times before finally deciding on the timepiece I wanted. He was very helpful an honest in regards to the availability and lack off, of my desired pieces; he also provided guidance and answered all the questions i had over the phone. Finally I purchased an amazing piece last month to add to my collection. I will happily buy my future collection pieces from them, and i encouraged everyone who visits the store to ask for Sebastian . Topnoch service IMO. Cheers Lui.G.

Have had an incredible experience here so far, Diego is great and knows his stuff,. Some other staff could up their game in terms of knowledge and smiling more with the customer irrelevant of buying history but I guess this is a local old school thing. Either way Diego was super helpful with my purchase and this is a very respected patek and Rolex dealer. Highly recommend
