I’d give them 0 stars. We purchased flights in June from Dallas to Guayaquil and showed up airport this morning and found out interjet quit flying in US. NO NOTICE, NO EMAIL AND NO WARNING WHATSOEVER. apparently they quit flying in US in March and still took our money and booked flights three months after they pulled out. Now throw phone number not working and travel insurance won’t cover it. So we are out thousands of dollars.

They were very accommodating for me. Everything was explained accurately and in a way I could understand.
Terrible airline, a camera was stolen from my luggage after I checked in... When I checked in at JFK it was inside my luggage but when I got to my destination the camera was missing and my luggage had signs that someone looked into it... I contacted them and they simply don't wanna reply to me.
I never spend so long in a check-in line. You better bring some time, in my case the check-in itself took me almost 1,5 hours. The security check afterwards took prob 3 minutes. Although the lady at the Interjet counter was nice but that doesn't helped a lot.
Counter and ticket window service was deficient to say the least. All foreigners staying less than 60 days in Colombia are exempt from paying the Colombian airport tax; it is included in every ticket you buy originating from Colombia, and it's mandatory for every airline to refund the airport tax to the exempt passengers at the airport. Local authorities streamlined this process by having the airlines refund the passengers directly instead of making a long line at the authority's window - saving an average of 40 minutes per traveler. Interjet does not inform you of your refund. Having done the research, and with prior smooth refund experiences with American, Avianca, and Lan, I asked for my refund. They stalled me for over 25 minutes, asking people behind me in line if they could help them, asking me to wait, treating me rudely, until I had to run to the gate to not lose my flight, refund-less. On the plane I found out many did not get the refund. Terrible terrible terrible service
I traveled with interjet with my 7 year old son. they gave me an itinerary but the flight did not leave at the time they said from Vancouver. The flight was delayed two hours. When I arrived at my first stop in Mexico city one of my bags never appeared. The people that work for interjet never wanted to help me. They ignored my questions all the time and since the flight from Vancouver was late, I couldn't reach my flight from Mexico city to Bogotá and with my little son we had to wait all day to have another flight. Of course this flight was also delayed again for another hour. When I arrived in Colombia to know what would happen with my suitcase the only thing they told me was to wait 21 days that they will call me when they can get my suitcase. They called me to tell me to go to the airport for my suitcase, but when I got there my suitcase was not there and nobody knows anything about it. I have almost two months try to have my suitcase back but this is more hard now because they don't answer my calls.
All airline let us on with the checked bag we had except interjet. This is terrible airline forced to pay extra 90 to be exact. Save yourself and just pay extra for the other ones.
Check in experience is incredibly bad. No online check in. The person directing the line needs more authority instead of letting certain people skip the line. No online check in process. Give yourself at least 1.5-2 hours to check in even if you only have carry on baggage.
