Rafael tried ripping us off by trying to sell us a gasket kit for 600,000 cop that doesn’t work for our van. I showed him that the part numbers for the gaskets inside the kit were for a gas engine Mitsubishi (ours is diesel) which I referenced straight from Mitsubishi parts website. He even had me come around the counter to see his computer screen and the first site he showed me said they were also for a gas engine, but he said that web site was also wrong and wanted to show me a website in Russian. Regardless why would you look at aftermarket sites when you have a OEM Mitsubishi website stating what vehicle the part numbers are for?!? He became rude and beligerante and then said he wouldn’t sell us anything. I guess it hurts the pride when someone proves you’re a thief to your face! Stay far away from this company, unless you like to be stolen from or like supporting a thief.

Me han vendido un sensor que NO es original. El carro fallaba porque tenía ese sensor dañado y lo compré y seguía fallando en menor intensidad. Cuando fui a la Mitsubishi me dijeron que ese sensor no era original y que el carro necesitaba uno original para funcionar bien. Hicimos el reclamo en el almacén y no nos devolvieron el.dinero. Tuve que comprar el sensor original en otro almacén y denunciar ante la superintendencia a este negocio. Lo maneja un señor llamado Rafael que se las da de muy decente y correcto pero es un estafador. Por favor no compren cosas ahí porque NO son originales. Quien sabe de dónde las importan o de dónde las sacan.
Pésima atención con el cliente, se solicita información de los productos y recibe uno a cambio un regaño. la verdad no se para que montan un negocio cuando lo que menos les importa es atender bien, que es lo mínimo que deberían hacer. muchas gracias por su atención señor Rafael.
