Love this place. Very good parking spots it's kind of getting very cloudy sometimes when there are important events and stuff but from that location you can go to very different places temperatures and be right over the eastern mountains that are just a couple of minutes from Bogota the capital city of Colombia and he's also kind of safe place at some days
