Worst Claro location I've been to. I strongly suggest a mall if you want decent service. There are many to choose from.
I was visiting Colombia and stopped by this store on Sept 8, 2017 to get a SIM card. The lady said there was a promotion for 2 Gig for 65,000mil. Me and my buddy both got the package. He got 2 gigs on his android and i only got 1 Gig on my iphone. The lady at the counter was supposed to remove the existing package before activating the new package. I asked for my money back as i was unhappy but she refused saying it was not her fault. BAD SERVICE.

La atención para mi fue deficiente, no resuelven las dudas que uno tiene como cliente y dan por hecho que el cliente tiene que comprar sus productos. Termine comprando un SIM card en la calle con un promotor ambulante de otra compañia. Podrían mejorar la atención a clientes.
