I rented with them for 2 months and 7 days after my check-out they send me a message saying damages have been reported in the apartment and I will not get my security deposit back. I think it's very deceitful to talk about damages 7 days after check-out and I plan to file a Police report even if I it's just 90 or so. If find these practices very annoying and I should have stayed with Airbnb rental to avoid this kind of bs.

I have stayed with this company for about 6 months in Bogota. Initially I arrived for a month but to be honest I really liked the apartment and the area was very convenient. The apartment name is Daisy (I think they name each apartment with a woman name). The service was really outstanding starting with the sales people and customer service. I had an inconvenient with the TV service and two hours later they solved it. I really recommend them. _____________________________________________________ Me he alojado con esta empresa por unos 6 meses en Bogotá. Al principio llegué por un mes, pero para ser sincera, me gustó mucho el apartamento y la zona era muy buena. El nombre del apartamento era Daisy (creo que nombran cada apartamento con un nombre de mujere). El servicio ha sido excepcional desde las personas de ventas y de servicio al cliente. Tuve un inconveniente con el servicio de televisión y dos horas más tarde lo resolvieron. Realmente los recomiendo.
