I really was expecting more than I have. I bought my car almost a month ago and at this time they don't deliver it to me. It's been over 15 work days and I don't have my car yet. This kind of things reflects lack of professionalism, and lack of respect for the client. I don't know if the quality of the car is acceptable because they keep saying that a fix is missing and that why they do not deliver it.

I always take my mazda here for any workshop task. They're professional, punctual, and eager to help the customer. The downside is the price for the services, they are high but worthy.
I had a really bad experience at this Mazda dealer. The problem was that the people in charge of our sale kept lying about the delivery date and time. Also, the people from Finandina were very unprofessional, uncaring, unpolite and didnt know the steps that we had to follow to get the process through. We had to go to the dealer for several days to sign different documents because there was always something missing, a print, a signature, etc. Do not recommend this place at all. They kept my money for over a week before handing the car out to me. I felt I was begging for my car to be delivered. Very messy and very dissatisfied. 2 stars because when they finally release the car it was pico y placa and they got a trailer to take it home.
