This is an excellent gym and instructors are incredible. The owner is an American with a lot of experience in many martial arts. I bring my kids 8 and 10 years old here whenever I can. We live across town so difficult but the level of attention and expertise makes it worth the drive. Best place I have found in USA and Medellin
