Total waste of time and money. Overcrowded. Terrible sevices, and long queues. Furthest thing from relaxing

We enjoyed our experience here very much. The long dirt road that leads up to this place was a little crazy but it was worth the trip. There are plenty of naturally heated pools to relax in and several naturally heated saunas (turcos). You can hike 8 minutes up a trail through the jungle to enjoy an amazing waterfall. The restaurant was good too. We had a chicken and rice dish that tasted great. We chose to purchase an extra activity called "Pealing therapy" or something to that effect. They bury you in hot sand for 5 minutes and then massage you with the same sand. The whole process took 15 - 20 minutes. It was relaxing and our skin definitely felt different afterwards. The whole property is surrounded by mountains on three sides giving it that perfect, secluded feel in my opinion. If you're in the area, this place should be on your "must see" list.
