Had an awesome experience! Our guide Javier was very friendly, encouraging & informative.He went above and beyond for our small group of two He made the trip feel very personal as if we were the only ones on the hike. We took a five day hike to and from the lost city with Turcos. The experience was first class. Everything was looked after and when my wife had difficulties keeping up with the rest of the group, our guide Argenith stayed with us for the duration of the hike. He was always there when we needed help. We also enjoyed plenty of great food and lots of information about the history of this place. We can highly recommend this tour.
We did the ciudad perdida trek in 4 days with Turcol in Nov 2019 and we're completely happy. Although the agency pooled together with another agency, we were just a small international group of 8 people plus our guide Oscar, translator Pauly and a cook. We had a good time, Oscar and Pauly were both great and the food was plenty and delicious. The trek itself is not too hard, if you are used to leave the couch from time to time, but you will definitely sweat a lot. The camps were clean and the sleeping accommodations offered everything you can expect so far away from civilisation. Thumbs up!
Absolutely brillant! This hike is a must and Turcol offer a fantastic service. Unlike other treks this one is very well organised and controlled to avoid too many tourists. You truly feel like you are exploring the jungle and are well looked after by the staff. A big thanks to Janeth our guide and Paul the translator who made this a very special adventure !!
Best agency to do the lost city trek with. A lot more authentic, personal and kind then all the others. Groups are small and the guides are really really nice. They give you the extras that others don‘t have. (Like bathing in the fountain of youth) Thanks to Rafa for being the best guide ever!!

Nice Hiking trip with very good guides! If you want to to the hiking tour to the „Lost“ city i highly recommend to do it with Turcol! We had 3 very Kind and funny guides. William, areenith ( pataconcito) and juancito.
