The place has a very good ambience. The beers are good and the flavors are nice. However some flavors such as the one made with salmon was not cooked well. To start off with, we were in a group and every item except the one from salmon was delivered on time. However this was delayed and most likely they forgot the order and didn't do much to compensate the delay. Overall, some menu items are well served than the others. Ambience is good and pricey items do not mean better tasting food.

Great, attentive service, okay burgers (by my snooty California-native burger standards). I was really hungry so I scarfed down half my burger before I was really able to really assess the quality. The meat was a little bland/fatty, but for a non-US burger it was .

Cool place, decent food - rude and conceited management who do not understand the basics of customer service. I ordered two burgers, the first one was ok, the 2nd was superbly undercooked. I alerted the staff, and they took it away. Then the bill came, and everything was on the bill. I asked to speak to the manager, and he came out already agitated as to why I didn't to why I had eaten part of the burger and then had a problem. Giving me attitude, like the burger being undercooked was my fault somehow. After having a discussion with him, he begrudgingly took it off the bill - but not after more or less having an argument with the guy on how customer service works. Any other restaurant I've been to - a problem is handled differently. My guess is since these guys are super central, and could literally serve cardboard with mayonaise and STILL make money - and that has given them a bit of a pompous attitude. The actual staff (servers), are super nice - but the owner/management? No idea how to treat customers. There is WAY better places to eat at in the area, don't waste your time going here.

Great burgers! We both had the Bacon Cheese Burgers with French Fries. Thick cut Bacon, cheddar & their own homemade sauces. Awesome atmosphere with sweet tunes. If you're in the central area of Santa Marta, we highly recommend this hip joint for a cold adult beverage, burgers & a great time!

Good burgers, craft beers on tap, hip interior. It's pretty expensive for what it is, especially in a town like Santa Marta, but nice to find a clean cut place.
