This a residential place with apartment and houses. Some are on sales for 180-250 milion of pesos. Most of the houses has a reasonable parking space for a medium size car and a small garden. The residence has a swimming pool inside , honestly not to big, and a small park for the children to play. The residence is very quite you have the benefit of a 20x7 vigilant at the main entrance in order to provide a better security. The place is full of mango trees you have to get the fruits before the birds tend to catch them. Building company is doing new houses on the same street so during the day might be activity.

Conjunto cerrado con piscina, vigilancia 24 horas y parque infantil, actualmente se están construyendo dos torres de edificios que formarán parte del conjunto. Tiene la universidad Sergio Arboleda cerca y la Troncal del Caribe. La desventaja más grande que tiene el conjunto es que la valorización es muy poca.

Me parece un lugar muy bonito y armonioso para vivir sus casas son muy lindas en estructura y precisas para pequeñas familias, cuenta con una agradable piscina y celaduria las veces que he ido puedo percibir tranquilidad y mínimo bullicio realmente es estilo campestre y su vecindario se ve habitado por buenas personas

Escasas instalaciones para complejo Residencial ... Muy interesante como complejo Vacacional, bastaría una inversión no muy grande y mucho gusto en adecuación y decoración.
