The best agency for "The lost city". Our guide was Melkys. He cared about us as a parent. He knew a lot about the region, flora and fauna, about traditions. I'm fascinated. The chefs and others on the team were also very caring and responsive. The food was better than an expensive restaurant. These people are from another world. I'il never forget this trip. I'il be back someday. Thank you very much.

I did my 4 days Ciudad Perdida tour with Magic tour and I’m so glad that I chose them! The guide Jesus is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of that region, the translator Jeremy always helped us with anything we need and the cook Junior made delicious food! They’re caring, funny, informative and very respectful to the local indigenous communities. The hike itself is moderate. There’re plenty of fruits/snacks/stores/restrooms on the way and natural pools near the camp. Prior to the trip Magic tour also arranged the pick up and drop off for COVID test. All the tour operators for Lost City charge the same amount of money (price set by ministry of tourism). We lived in the same camp, ate the same food, did the same route and all had a guide a translator and a cook. Expotur did more marketing than other tour operators and they had way more people in a group than other companies. If you prefer smaller group and more opportunities to ask questions to the guide, choose other operators like Magic Tour. Paige from China/U.S.

The lost city tour was organized really well from the beginning to the end. The front desk (John) speaks great English and was very responsive. We had to change our booking a few times and they helped us out without any problems. On the tour itself, Jesus und Mono were wonderful guides and translators. They took very good care of us, always trying to help and assist. Junior cooked us wonderful meals. Dietary requirements were taken very seriously and I got very tasty (not just boring salad) vegan food. In general they provide you with tons of food and fresh drinks (at least every 3 hours). The beds are clean and comfortable. The walk itself is stunning anyway. I can only recommend them highly!

These guys are just the best! We booked a 4 days trek to the lost city and had an amazing time! The guide Saul was really professional and informative and our translator Tyson (Miguel) made sure that we understand everything and have lots of fun! Thanks to Saul and Tyson we finished every day with a big smile even though we were hot, sweaty and tired. The food cooked by our chef, another Miguel was as tasty as you can expect to receive in a restaurantand even the vegetarian and vegan food exceeded the expectations! Magic Tour takes you through the old route at the first day of the trip which is much more shaded and unique than the new route... you can only appreciate it and thank them after you finish the trek going down through the new sunny route.. Thank you for the magical trip to the jungle

We did the 3 day / 2 nights Lost City tour and were very happy ! ( only family of 4 p. ) Our guides Nelson & Abraham were very careful, caring, informative & always a big smile. Nelson was quick cutting a walking stick when my knee decided to give me grief, many thanks ! The little rest stops with fresh fruits were the best snacks !!! Meals were always great but a little too big for me. I can highly recommend Magic Tours to organize & guide your tour. ( don’t underestimate the hike !!! )

Just awesome! We booked our tour to lost city with Magic Tour by recommendations, and we've been delighted to figure out how righteous those were! The staff were amazing! Made this trip a lot of fun and very informative! They were always at ease, always patient and always experts :) Each day was an adventure with many surprises (on which I will not expand here, let you experience them on your own). Last but not least, the food.. Well we've been surprised of how well dishes could be served at the middle of the jungle, Yum! Thanks a lot for making this trekking magical indeed!
