Very clean, modern, affordable hostel. Very nice and helpful staff. My dorm room had it's own bathroom, felt almost like a private room. For 20k pesos it has a really high standard and breakfast. Even two jacuzzis and rooftop bar. I wanted to give it 3 or 4 stars because both the meals I had was burned and they forgot to do my laundry, also you don't connect to people as easily like in Fatima Bogotá, because it feels more like a hotel. But because of the great staff and incredible value it still gets 5 stars, I kept coming back.
Fantastic hostel, it's perfectly located away from the busy areas, so you can have less pollution, but also within short walking distance to the beach and shopping centres. The team are really friendly, Paula, Maria, Gustan and Jacob are the best. Thanks for all your help guys!
The place is dirty - all beds are squeaky and most of the rooms have no windows. The kitchen is Super tiny and dirty with cockroaches roaming around. People don’t wash their utensils and there is no one to do anything about it. The hostel takes volunteers who don’t care about customers at all. Our laundry was accepted at the reception a day earlier with a promise to return the next day - only to be told the next day that we should take it to a shop outside as they are short on staff. For our check in - the reception was Super lazy and kept pushing the work from one volunteer to the other. Not recommended at all.
We received a very nice service and had a great experience. The breakfast with fresh fruit, granola and yougurt was very nice. Andres (the manager) and Maya (the receptionist) where very sweet, caring, welcoming and flexible. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thank you :) Best Smilla and Tobias
What a gem! Really chill hostel. You get a free drink when you come in. They have a bar/restaurant upstairs. SO CHEAP! And for such good quality. Probably on of the cheapest and largest private rooms I've had in Colombia. Really a lot of space. Usually privates are very crammed. The upstairs bar could get a bit loud at night. Staff speaks English
The staff was helpful, location was okay but the facilities need to be improved. There was mold on the walls in our room and it was overall very humid which made all the towels smell really bad after just a few hours. We also needed to use earplugs as there was loud music going on until late in the night. Although that could have been music from the street..
Friendly staff and okay rooms considering the price. Also great location. Room had some mold though and a bit more storage/shelf space would have been nice.
