The worst travel experience in Colombia so far. Bus is good condition, seats comfortable and that all good what you can say... - Despite many asks (English/Spanish) inside was still freezing blowing wind... without good blanket you will get sick quickly. - We asked driver (and asked to show on the map on the phone) to confirm where we stop in Santa Marta to book hotel for the night. He showed us completely different place... he showed us something near the sea whereas we stopped at the end of Santa Marta... - On schedule it was said 4h of ride. Don’t believe it, all other companies says 4:30 and that’s what we barely did, 4:40 actually. So reassuming - bus is good, service definitely not.

Bus en bon état, sièges confortables voilà le positif. Pour un trajet vendu direct pour bucaramanga il y a eu au moins 10 arrêts. L'arrêt repas de 10mn. L'arret plein d'essence prévu 10mn n'a duré que 5mn, et comme le chauffeur ne vérifie pas si tout le monde est à bord, une dame a été oubliée!!. Nous avons dû attendre sur le bas côté qu'un local l'a ramène. Pas d'écran individuel. Encore une fois le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas mais aucun des chauffeurs n'a essayé de savoir pourquoi. Ils ne pensent pas aux voyageurs, la musique est forte toute la nuit, ils ne veulent pas mettre moins de clim en disant que ça ne fonctionne pas non plus. Un froid glacial toute la nuit. Et quand ils baissent la musique, ils discutent comme en plein jour en riant et klaxonnent sans arrêt. Tout le trajet se fait au téléphone, textos et WhatsApp. Ils conduisent comme des chauffeurs de tuktuk, faut s'accrocher dans les virages. Ils freinent au dernier moment. Si vous voulez dormir sereinement, prenez une autre compagnie.
