I would like to thank Ana and her family for graciously hosting us at her beautiful location. This is one of the most beautiful cabins, rustic, bambooey and with the doors opening on all sides it creates such a peaceful feeling of floating in nature. Truly amazing. And then we had dinner. Wow, Ana and her team may not be formally trained chefs, but the wonderfully prepared and delivered cuisine is among the best I have eaten in Colombia, including fancy Bogota places. The attention to detail in the plating and the delicate handling of the proteins delivered my best meal yet and I am always grateful for such passion and love put into one's vocation. It really shows with Ana in everything she and her family do to make the stay special and unique. This may sound like a commercial but in reality it is a small note of gratitude for doing things the right way and letting the quality speak for itself. Thx Ana, we will be back. PS, she and her husband also guided us on several unforgettable treks to waterfalls and swimming holes we never would have found; breathtaking and exhilarating in every way.
An amazing place such attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully done and the ambiance is amazing! The highlight is definitely Ana's cooking it is simply out of this world! I can't wait to return
We first went to Raices in July 2019 and completely felt in love not only because it’s beautiful place but with the owner made our stay amazing. It’s very peaceful and it reconnects you with nature we loved it so much we went back in October of the same year and planning to take our kids for Xmas. The eco cabins beautiful and very clean and hearing the river while you sleep is a reconnection therapy and the food they make us all organic and local give them a 5star dinning. This is overall one of my favorite places to visit.

Muy buen ambiente y atención, la comida, absolutamente toda es deliciosa, tienen muy buenas opciones vegetarianas. En San Rafael hay muchas cosas para hacer, en nuestra estadía nos ayudaron cuadrando con la red de turismo local Tubing (viaje en el río en un neumático) y el Avistamiento de aves, que simplemente es espectacular. Apunte importante: este sitio es para personas que aprecian la naturaleza, por lo que, por la misma ubicación y características hay algunos insectos y murciélagos, no es un resort para gente citadina. Lo recomiendo enormemente!!
Es un lugar muy bonito y acogedor los dueños son super amables y muy buenos anfitriones, falta que tengan un opción de comida para la noche ya que en el pueblo no hay mucho que escoger para comer
Si se busca salir de la rutina sin perder comodidad, este es el lugar indicado. Detalles en todas partes lo hacen hermoso, la atención de Ana es muy especial, la conexión con la naturaleza es mágica, la comida deliciosa; excelente y muy recomendado.
