Not bad but the parking situation is not good. If I am not mistaken, the hotel shows parking but doesn't say you have to pay. when I arrived I found it there was a parking area next door that you had to pay to park in and it does not belong to the hotel. You don't even get a discount.

I highly recommend this family owned hotel in Rionegro, Antioquia, Colombia near Medellin. Administration and the staff are very friendly and polite. I had my clothes washed everyday, bed sheets changed. The food at the restaurant is the best in town This is an update of this cozy hotel near the center of tiwn. The new administration is wonderful. The service is impeccable. I can't wait to be back here of the many times I've been here. Highly recommended

Me parece un lugar muy agradable para estadía empresarial ya que es muy tranquilo el sector. La red de internet es bastante amplia, la atención del personal a cargo es muy cordial y definitivamente la localización del hotel y la comodidad de las habitaciones son perfectas.
Mi novia y yo ha venidos a este hotel por mas de tres años pero esta vez fue con una la nueva aministracion quedamos descepcionados. La cama fue horrible, fue como una hamaca dura, no se podia mover por la bulla q hacia, no habia agua caliente. Lo malo es q no dijeron de antes quedarnos q no habia aqua caliente. Si no, me hubiera ido al otro hotel. Ya no pienso quedarme mas ahi.. Cuando le dijimos a un seńor de la recepción sobre lo q paso, no le dio la importancia q se merecia. Despues de unos minutos q entramos al cuarto, no llamo una seńora pidiendo discupla pero para mi eso no era suficiente. Porque pagar 100% y recobir 50% de servicios. No es justos...
Si horrible la ducha del 405 estrecha y no corre facil se queda pegada estuve hace tres semanas atras con mi novio y fue horrible la atencion no habia agua caliente y nos dijeron la cama pesima pasamos una noche de perros y nos quejamos eny no fue la mejor actitud que recibimos como clientes fieles al hotel
