Watch your stuff all the time, because this place is open to everyone (travelers and everyone else) just be careful and you will be safe; I'm not saying you will be kidnaped or so. It is just that, as any other bus terminal in Colombia, you shouldn't feel completely safe in this place. Not totally clean, the agencies do their job. I'd love more culture on the people, other passengers, bus companies agents, but it just the way it is.

I just get a little tired of people trying to sell you something. I know it's there job but turn down the sales pitch.
Cheap bus rides pretty much everywhere in Colombia. Buses usually start to depart at 4am.
Amazing people there, I have a wife in a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable, get her on the bus, and get us to our destination, they also waited a long time for us to get down, lovely staff and amazing drivers
Some restaurants have girls yelling at you and almost forcing you to eat in. It gives a sense of discomfort
This place make an effort on pass the minimum requirements of a bus station. Don't have great facility but for the purpose of transportation it's ok. The good point are his location, because its in a central point, just in a good distance from any place of Montería. The bus company have good and fast service and in general you can find a clean place.
