I came in with a bunch of assumptions from reading online materials myself that Jeffrey helped clear up for me. Taxes in any country can be complicated and Colombia is no exception. Paula was able to break everything down for me so that I was able to uderstand my obligations in simple terms and then provide her with the necessary information for her to take care of everything on my behalf. I first went to Paula over a year ago to find out my Colombia tax obligations. Being a lawyer, I wanted to find someone that I could trust and had confidence in. I found that she was friendly and very professional. She explained to me my obligations and gave advice on how to save on my taxes. I returned to her this year to prepare my declaración de renta. She again was very friendly and professional. She went through all my financial records and prepared my declaración de renta very quickly. She explained everything to me and I was able file and pay what i was obligated very quickly. Also, last year I needed to renew my United States passport. She was able to do this for me with only one office visit. She filled out the form for me sent my passport to Bogota and had my new passport returned to me at my apartment. It was a very fast process, much faster than I could have received in the United States. I am very happy with her service and plan on using her for everything that she can help me with. I have total confidence in her abilities and service.
